Live Illinois rooftop · Dealer-owned custody

Your deal jacket.
In your OneDrive.

DealReady OS keeps used-car deal documents, e-sign, and IL packet checks on the sales floor — files stay in the dealer’s Microsoft OneDrive. The store does not sell customer data.

Why stores choose it

The jacket belongs to the store.

No claims we cannot back. These are the three things a dealer can check on day one.

Dealer-owned custody

Deal documents are written to the dealer's own Microsoft OneDrive. The store holds the files and the access.

Live on an Illinois rooftop

Running on a working Illinois used-car floor, with the IL title packet checks a store actually has to clear.

Customer data is not the product

The store does not sell customer data. Nothing in a deal jacket is brokered, resold, or shared with a data buyer.

How it works

Three steps on the floor.

01

Ask once.

Take the buyer's details, license, and insurance one time at the desk. The jacket carries them forward.

02

Finish anywhere.

The customer signs on their phone or at the desk. No third-party signing portal to hand them off to.

03

Move together.

Sales, F&I, and the office read the same packet state, so nobody re-asks for a document that is already in.

What is in the box

Built for the used-car desk.

In-house signing

E-sign runs inside DealReady OS. The signed PDF lands in the dealer's OneDrive beside the rest of the jacket.

Phone and SMS capture

Text the buyer a capture link. They photograph their license and insurance card from the lot, and it files itself.

Illinois packet checklist

The IL title packet is a live checklist, not a memory test. Every deal shows what is in and what is still missing.

Document OCR

Scans are read on intake, so the name, address, and dates come off the document instead of being typed twice.

Coach

Every deal says what the next step is and who owns it, so a jacket does not stall waiting on nobody in particular.

CreditComing soon

Not built yet, and credit data is not stored in DealReady OS today. Credit stays with the lender tools the store already uses.

OneDrive custody

Every document lands in the dealer’s OneDrive.

DealReady OS writes into the store’s own Microsoft 365 tenant. If the store ever stops using the product, the deal jackets are already where they belong — nothing to export and nothing to ask us for.

  • Files live in the dealer’s Microsoft OneDrive, under the dealer’s own Microsoft account.
  • The store keeps the folder, the permissions, and the retention rules.
  • The store does not sell customer data, and neither do we.
Pricing

Pricing for your rooftop — talk to us.

Rooftops differ in volume, staff, and how much of the packet they run in house, so the number comes out of that conversation rather than a table on a web page.

Two doors. That is the whole entrance.

Staff open the store desk. Customers open their own deal. Nothing else to pick.
