E-sign runs inside DealReady OS. The signed PDF lands in the dealer's OneDrive beside the rest of the jacket.
Text the buyer a capture link. They photograph their license and insurance card from the lot, and it files itself.
The IL title packet is a live checklist, not a memory test. Every deal shows what is in and what is still missing.
Scans are read on intake, so the name, address, and dates come off the document instead of being typed twice.
Every deal says what the next step is and who owns it, so a jacket does not stall waiting on nobody in particular.
Not built yet, and credit data is not stored in DealReady OS today. Credit stays with the lender tools the store already uses.
DealReady OS writes into the store’s own Microsoft 365 tenant. If the store ever stops using the product, the deal jackets are already where they belong — nothing to export and nothing to ask us for.
Rooftops differ in volume, staff, and how much of the packet they run in house, so the number comes out of that conversation rather than a table on a web page.
Staff open the store desk. Customers open their own deal. Nothing else to pick.
